Well, had two lift motors that needed replacement. The off, up, down switches are fine. Was advised motor only would fit the bill. Except there are no wiring instructions any where the motors come wired 220V the diagram for require to 120V sucks. Called to get help from BH was told to look at website . Good luck with that. The manufacture reroute to a local dealer that has no intrest in talking to you because it wasn’t purchased from them. Eventually I’ll find someone to talk to to clear all this up. Before ordering be sure you are an electrical expert. Help is hard to come by.

We appreciate the feed back and the purchase of the two motors. We are sending your feedback to our quality control department to review the diagrams associated with this motor to see if we can make them better. Our Customer Service will refer any callers direct to the on-line guides as they have more detail than the printed guides. The BH-USA guides will only support motors and switches that are sold by BH-USA and there is a possibility that your switch was not listed in the guide, in these cases customer service will open a work ticket for a tech to call you back and walk you through the actual wiring. We show no request or history that a tech ticket was created. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience and will work harder to communicate that we are here to help your issues.
